½ c full-fat coconut milk
½ c filtered water
1 tbs rosewater
1 tsp maple syrup
¼ tsp beet powder
pinch of salt
1. Add the coconut milk, water, rosewater, maple syrup and salt to a small saucepan. Heat on medium/low heat until warm. About 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
2. Add beet powder. Combine using a milk frother until milk is frothy and ingredients are mixed well.
