Parisian Hot Chocolate (Dairy-free, Paleo)

Rich, creamy, and luxurious, this hot chocolate will bring some of the magic of the City of Light, right to your kitchen, wherever you may live. 




4 cups almond milk

1 cup coconut cream

7 oz 70% dark chocolate

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon salt


  1. In a medium saucepan, add the almond milk, coconut cream, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisking until combined. Bring to a low simmer.
  2. Chop chocolate into small chunks and set aside.
  3. Once the almond milk mixture comes to a simmer, add the chocolate, whisking until melted and completely combined.
  4. Stir in the honey and allow to simmer for about two minutes until all ingredients are fully combined.
  5. Remove from heat, and pour into 6 medium mugs. Serve warm.
