1 13 oz can full fat coconut milk
1 medium avocado
¼ c raw honey
2 Tbs Thai basil, chopped
1 tsp vanilla extract
- In a high speed blender, add all ingredients and blend on high until smooth and combined.
- Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Serve as soft serve ice cream straight from the ice cream maker, or freeze for 2-3 hours before serving.
